These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and products provided by Happy Peoples Coaching (HPC), registered in the Netherlands. By purchasing from or booking with us, you agree to these terms..

    1. SERVICES & PRODUCTS
      HPC offers:

    • Online coaching sessions and programs
    • Group trainings and workshops (online or at a physical location)
    • Digital products (ebooks, downloads, online courses, and materials)
      ** Digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase. In the event of a technical issue, you may report the problem and delivery will be completed within 48 hours. By purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal no longer applies once access is provided.

    1. PRICES & PAYMENT
        • Prices are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
        • Payment is due upon booking or purchase.
        • For invoices, payment must be made within 14 days. Late payments may incur statutory interest and reasonable collection costs.

    1. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
      Plans may change. Cancellations and refunds are handled as follows:

    • Coaching sessions:
        • Cancellation more than 48 hours before the session: 100% refund or reschedule.
        • Cancellation within 48 hours: no refund (rescheduling may be offered at HPC’s discretion)

    • Workshops & courses:
        • More than 21 days before the start date: 100% refund (no fee)
        • 14–21 days before start: 75% refund (25% fee retained)
        • 7–14 days before start: 50% refund (50% fee retained)
        • Less than 7 days before start or after the course has commenced: no refund.
        • If HPC cancels an event, you may choose a 100% refund or transfer to a future event.

    • Digital products:
        • No refunds once download or access has been provided, in line with EU law.
        • Refunds, if applicable, are processed to the original payment method.

    1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU/EEA CONSUMERS)
        • You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for services, starting on the day the agreement is made.
        • If you book a coaching session taking place within this 14-day period, you agree that the service will begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that once delivered, your right of withdrawal no longer applies.
        • If you request the service to begin within the 14-day period, you waive this right once the service has been delivered.
        • For digital downloads, the withdrawal right does not apply once access has been granted, provided you gave prior consent.

    1. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
      • Complaints must be submitted via email. Please refer to the Contact section for the correct address.
      • HPC will confirm receipt within 7 working days and aim to resolve the issue within 30 days.
      • If resolution is not possible, you will be informed with an updated timeline.
      • If no resolution is reached, you may escalate the issue to an independent complaints body or mediator in accordance with Dutch law.

    1. LIABILITY
        • HPC provides personal development coaching and training, not psychotherapy or medical treatment.
        • All services and products are educational in nature.
        • HPC is not liable for client decisions or outcomes.
        • HPC’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product.

    1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
      All materials (ebooks, courses, training content) remain the property of HPC. They may not be copied, shared, or resold without written permission.

      HPC complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For detailed information, please see our Privacy Policy.

    1. GOVERNING LAW
      These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country.
